General Full-Service Email Campaigns Bulk Email Delivery Additional Services  GENERAL What is Priority One Email? Priority One Email is a email service solution offering a easy, no-stress solution to email marketing. We run full-service campaigns, making sure that little work is involved on your end, but still providing results. Also, we offer additional services such as list management and targeted email marketing. What makes Priority One Email a good choice? Unlike other email marketing services, Priority One Email mainly operates via full-service campaigns, which means that you, as clients, don't have to deal with complicated email software, or spend hours creating emails. Instead, we do that all for you, and a representative will be assigned to keep you updated and answer any questions you may have. We also offer a bulk email service for clients that already have an email prepared, and simply need it to be sent out. Why is Priority One Email different from other email services? Priority One Email is incredibly simple to use. Unlike other email services, we are not software-based or self-serve--we do all the work for you. There is no interface to deal with, no tech support or live help to ask, because we take care of it all. All you are asked to do is provide us with the basic components of your email and email list, and let us handle the rest. FULL-SERVICE EMAIL DELIVERY What work is involved from me, the client, by using Priority One Email's services? All you need to provide is the text for your email message, the images to be used in your email message, and a list of your email recipients. We'll take care of the rest by using your text and images to create a professional, visually pleasing email, send your email to your recipients, and provide you with updates about your email. What are your prices? For a general idea about pricing, please see our pricing page. For full-service email, our pricing is only give upon a quote request. Each client is different, and has specific requirements, so we do our best to customize each campaign completely, including the pricing, to fit the client's needs. Of course, requesting a quote is free and there is no obligation. Request a quote via call, email, or filling out the form request. Can I afford it? One of the reasons pricing is provided via quote request is because it varies from business to business. We create personalized quotes for every different situation, and believe that we are incredibly fair about pricing. Remember that requesting a quote is no obligation whatsoever. If you decide to use our services after quote, wonderful. If you don't, that's great too. Do you do custom orders? Pretty much every order we do is a custom order, because we are committed to creating specialized email campaigns that fit your needs. Just give us a call and we can discuss any special or specific orders that you want. If you have a specific idea in mind, chances are that we can create it. Do you offer tech support? Since we provide full-service, tech support won't be too much of an issue. You'll be assigned a representative that you can get in touch with anytime via phone or email if you ever have any questions or concerns. I don't know what I want my email to look like. Can you help me decide? We can definitely give you some suggestions. If you have a general idea of what you want, or have pictures/examples, just send those to us and we can discuss that. If you really have no idea what you want, you can always take a look at our example emails and request something that looks similar. How long does it take to start a campaign witn Priority One Email? It's quick and easy to start using Priority One Email's services. Simply give us a call or email us to request a quote, and if we're not there to respond, we will definitely get back to you within 48 hours. Once pricing is discussed, and you have sent the required components, it should only takes us around 2-3 business days to finish and deliver your requested email. If you need express delivery, there is an additional fee that can be discussed with us during pricing. How long does the entire email campaign process take? The entire process should be done in a week (5 business days) or less (usually less), after factoring in the quote/pricing time, sending in required components, and our work on your campaign. I need my campaign sent out ASAP. Can I rush my order? Yes, but an additional fee will be charged. The best time to get in touch with us ASAP is during mornings (9AM-12PM PDT). Just leave a message requesting a rush order, and we'll make sure to call you back. If I use Priority One Email on a regular basis, can I get discounts? Absolutely. Again, our pricing varies from client to client, so if you are a returning client, feel free to bring up discounts. If you plan on using Priority One Email as a monthly service, talk to us and we can arrange a good deal. How do I order? Either give us a call at (714) 861-4041 and ask about requesting a quote for Priority One Email services, fill out the request form on the site, or email sales@priorityoneemail.net. How do I pay? Once pricing and payment is decided, we will personally send you a customized insertion order (I/O) that will allow you to pay via PayPal, check, credit card. Once payment is received, we can start on your email. BULK EMAIL DELIVERY SERVICES How does the bulk email delivery service differ from the full-service email campaigns? For basic bulk email delivery, there is less involvement between the client and us. Bulk email delivery is intended for clients that already have a solid client list and a pre-designed email, ready to send out. We simply mail your email, and provide you with relevant statistics. Do I receive any service from Priority One Email by using bulk email delivery? Yes, you do. Priority One Email will test and send your emails, and manage auto-responses, bounces, subscribe/unsubscribe feature, and only provide you with the emails that you want. You can also manage your own account by logging into your account. The only difference is that we do not provide any creative services (email design). Pricing for our bulk email services can be obtained at our pricing page. ADDITIONAL SERVICES What other services do you offer? We offer list management and targeted email marketing. See below for details about these services. What is list management? Why do I want list management? Our list management services allow you to relax and let us do the work. Maintain your client relationships with monthly or bi-monthly newsletters. Priority One Email handles all aspects of your mail campaigns from scrubbing to email creation, deployment, OPT OUT requests, bounce management and keeping you CAN SPAM complient. For client needing a list to solicit your services to, we also provide list rental. How much is list management? All of our additional services are also priced via a quote request. Simply mention list management when you contact us, and we can help you out. What is targeted email marketing? Why do I want targeted email marketing? Targeted email marketing is geared towards merchants who are trying to promote a specific product, but don't have a list of clients OR want to build on their list of clients. Priority One Email can help you out by sending your message out to a target audience that will be interested in what you have to say. We have dozens of opt-in, "real-people" email lists that cover nearly every category and interest. Targeted email marketing ensures that you will be able to see success with advertising.
