Priority One Email adheres to a strict anti-spam policy--in particular, the CANSPAM-ACT of 2005. Each email we send will have a "unsubscribe" feature that allows User accounts will be terminated if they send unsolicited email messages. To learn more about the CANSPAM-ACT, please click here.


All of our email marketing lists are fully opt-in and permission-based. Clients providing their own list may also only use them if they are fully opt-in and permission-based.


Priority One Email respects your privacy, and will never use/sell your data to others without explicit permission. Please take a minute to read our Privacy Policy.


Priority One Email reserves the right to refuse or shut down a email campaign at any time if they believe it contains prohibited content. Prohibited content includes: pornography, any illegal content, offensive material, etc. Priority One Email also reserves the right to determine what is considered prohibited content, and take action as needed.


At any time, clients may cancel their Priority One Email account for any reason. Priority One Email reserves the right to terminate any client's account at any time, for any reason, without notification.
